Refund and Payment Policy for the Consciousness Advisor* Course


Payments for the Consciousness Advisors Course: Payments can be made in full or by ten monthly installments. The application fee which you have paid will be deducted from the full course fee and the remaining amount can be paid in full or ten installments. Full course fees can be paid by bank transfer, Wise transfer or credit card and installments can be paid only via credit card. Payments in installments will automatically be charged on the same day of the month as you pay your first installment. The first installment or full payment is due at the latest 1 week before the start of the course.

Refund Policy for the Consciousness Advisors Course: Full refunds will be available for those who request it before the start of the course. If a refund is requested after the start of the course, a prorated refund will be issued based on the number of days of the course that have passed since the start of the course till the day the refund was requested as a % of the total number of days in the course (from the start of the course to the scheduled launch date). Refunds will not include the application fee since this covers the course fee for the two prerequisite courses. For feedback or inquiries, please contact us here.


Terms and Conditions Maharishi Foundation Technologies (“MFT”) Websites


The following terms and conditions create a contract (the “Agreement”) between you and Maharishi Foundation Technologies (“MFT”), a nonprofit corporation with registered address 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808.which is offering services (“Services”)in the country where you reside. Please read the Agreement carefully.

This Agreement governs your use of the Services and how you can buy, get, license, or subscribe to the Services. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Maharishi Foundation Technologies, which offers the Services to you through authorized representatives. The following states the terms and conditions of the Agreement with you with respect to these Services.


Terms and Conditions


    The following terms and conditions apply to all Services.

  1. Questionnaires. In offering certain Services to guide the development and implementation of strategies to reach your own consciousness-related goals and attain personal fulfillment, we may use an initial questionnaire, interviews, and other procedures to provide valuable information to guide and focus the provision of their services. These interactions will provide baseline information about you and help you to discover new possibilities to achieve your goals in life. All personal information collected will be kept confidential according to our Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement and should be reviewed by you.

  2. Payment and Refund Policy. Payments must be made before the beginning of the Service. No refunds are available unless specifically mentioned. If you wish to provide feedback, please email us here.

  3. Compensation. MFT Service experts are not volunteers. Therefore, they are financially compensated for the support, knowledge, and information they will share with you. In cases in which referrals are made to our affiliated Services and programs by our Service experts, our Service experts may receive referral fees.
  4. Service Limitations; Disclaimers

    1. You may use the Services and their content only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
    2. Our Services and content do not transfer any commercial or promotional use rights to you and do not constitute a grant or waiver of any rights of the copyright owners or trademark owners.
    3. You may not use any process to copy any portion of the Services or content unless expressly authorised to do so, and only for your personal use. You also agree not to tamper with or circumvent any security technology included with the Services.
    4. No Medical Advice. The programs and knowledge offered and recommended to you as part of MFT Services are not medical diagnoses or treatments and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnoses or treatments. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare providers regarding any medical condition, and never stop medical treatment without consultation with your doctor.
    5. NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES. SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM ANY MFT SERVICES OR THE SERVICE OF ANY MFT AFFILIATE CANNOT BE GUARANTEED, AS INDIVIDUAL RESULTS MAY VARY. WE INTEND THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES TO BE ACCURATE AND RELIABLE. HOWEVER, ERRORS MAY OCCUR. THEREFORE, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. MFT DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY MATTER WHATSOEVER RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
    6. Testimonials. This site may contain testimonials by users of our Services and/or products and the Services and/or products of MFT affiliates, which reflect the real-life experiences of users. You acknowledge that the Services involve a process that may include guiding, coaching, consulting, and also utilizing Consciousness-Based programs in various areas of your life. You agree that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporating the guidance, coaching or consulting ideas, or consciousness-based knowledge into those areas of your life and implementing choices is exclusively your responsibility and that we and our affiliates offering MFT Consciousness-Based services, and the experts in delivering those Services, will not be liable for any consequences arising out of actions or decisions you may make as a result of any guiding, coaching, consulting, and/or Consciousness Advisor services, or its Consciousness-Based Services provided to you.
    8. Information. The information provided on this website and by any Service expert is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, tax, legal, or medical advice.
  5. Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy concerning the information we will collect from you and use as part of this agreement.
  6. Confidentiality. As part of your Maharishi Foundation Technologies (“MFT”) Services, you may be connected to and interact with other program participants to reflect and share what you have learned. The other program participants may share personal information with you during such discussions. You agree to keep this information strictly confidential.
