10 WEEK PROGRAMME DESIGNED TO EMPOWER YOU TO CULTIVATE THE HABITS YOU WANT AND CREATE THE LIFE YOU DESERVE

Many people want to improve their lives by creating better habits. This could be exercising more, eating a healthier diet, meditating regularly, spending more time outdoors, etc. Many people also experience how difficult it is to change habits without support and how easy it is to slip back into old behaviours. This is often due to challenges that reside in our subconscious minds - emotional triggers from the past, limiting beliefs, self sabotage, lack of confidence and more. It is very difficult to tackle subconscious issues from a conscious thinking mind.

That is why this programme leverages our unique Maharishi Technologies of Consciousness to tackle those deeper issues first, which will serve as a foundation for easier and smoother habit change throughout the second half of the programme. Through our unique SuperYou System, we'll guide you step by step to discover who you are at this point in time, where your true self wants to go and how you can bridge the gap to get there.

We have learned from years of working with thousands of clients the benefit of connection, and the value of going on these deep self-discovery journeys alongside like-minded people. That's why our program also focuses on pairing you with a buddy for daily support and a cohort of 6-8 people for weekly learning and reflection. This way you can not only create Super-Habits but also Super friends for life!

The programme consists of 10 workshops. Each week you’ll learn different tools to support you in changing your chosen habit. Then, by applying it during the following week, you will learn how well that strategy works for you. Gradually you can build an individualised habit change tool kit that is perfectly tailored to you and your unique needs.

PROGRAMME CREATORS

Dr. Keith Wallace

Dr. Wallace has a PhD from University of California at Los Angeles and completed postdoctoral research at Harvard University.

He is the founding President of Maharishi International University and currently Trustee and Head of the Department of Physiology and Health.

He has written several books on Ayurveda and habit change alongside his wife Samantha Wallace and son Ted Wallace, including “Total Brain Coaching,” “16 Super Biohacks for Longevity,” “Self Empower,” and “Gut Crisis.”

Dr. Wallace travels globally lecturing at major universities on Consciousness-Based health programs and helped start the first three Maharishi Ayurveda clinics in the US.

Ted Wallace

Ted Wallace is passionate about helping people change habits because he knows it is such a powerful foundation for a happy and healthy life.

He is a behavioural change expert that combines his knowledge on the power of changing habits with his father Keith's knowledge around Ayurveda.

He has a passion for using habit change to help drive personal, team, and cultural change and has authored a number of books with his dad and stepmom, Samantha Wallace.

He is currently an Agile Coach working with Fortune 250 companies. He is a registered corporate coach (RCC) with thousands of hours of coaching sessions completed.

Heathere Evans

Heathere Evans has more than 25 years of experience as an award-winning executive coach, consultant, instructor, and speaker on human development and change resilience.

She is CEO and founder of Pivot Coaching, Inc. a consulting company focused on developing self-aware, conscious, mindful, and evolved leaders across all generations, offering a unique blend of programs combining the latest principles and practices from the fields of psychology, neurobiology, communication, and consciousness.

As a member of Harvard's Institute of Coaching, an ICF-Certified Professional Coach, and a leader of Forbes Coaches Council on Conscious Leadership, she is a recognized expert in empowerment and the role of habits in personal and professional transformation.

Miriam Lodge

Miriam is based in Auckland, New Zealand and she is a TM teacher, Consciousness Advisor and co-CEO of Maharishi Ayurveda Products New Zealand.

She has a high-level corporate background working for top strategy consulting firm McKinsey & Company. She left her corporate career 15 years ago to make a more meaningful difference to the world.

She has a deep passion for coaching and helping people reach their highest potential by combining the highest habit change knowledge with the highest knowledge of consciousness.

    Dive deeper into what is holding you back, what is your bottleneck. Learn to harness the Power of Your Attention for maximum positive change. Adjust your Habit Plan based on this.

    Why Really?

    Get comfortable with vulnerability and bring “the real you” to discover your real why and incorporate it into your plan.

    Understand the impact of your subconscious emotional triggers, learn strategies to deal with those and add them into your SuperYou Habit Plan.

    Identify aspects in your environment that can help you change your habits and update your Habit Plan accordingly.
